Junior Quiz Team are tops :)

Four children from fourth class represented the school as members of our Junior Quiz Team, in The Credit Union Schools Quiz on Sunday 29th January in the Town Hall in Claremorris. They were Ciara Bracken, Emmett Canny, Jessica Higgins and Caragh Murphy. The children had put in a lot of work, practicing and revising information. Their hard work paid off because they finished in 2nd place, only two points behind the winning team. They have now qualified for the next round of the competition. Well done, we are very proud of you.

Well done also to the team from the Senior Class, made up of Deacon Casey, Amber Guilfoyle, Jack McMahon and Alannah Murphy. They did really well and represented themselves and the school very well.
